With a student population of more than 36,000, Iowa State University has a deep pool of talent that your company can access through EDIR. With some of the largest engineering and agriculture programs in the nation, there is a wealth of talent available for both startup and established companies.

We can connect you with talent from a pool of more than 100 majors represented at the university. Our students are in demand, and a customized approach to recruitment is often necessary to stay connected to students in our most highly recruited areas. It is also useful to know when recruiting across campus that our career services offices are decentralized by college. EDIR can assist with navigating the right majors for your job descriptions and/or vacancies and connect you to programs and students within each college. We can also provide a customized engagement strategy to finding the right students to fit your company needs and culture. EDIR also partners with the ISU Research Park and corporate partners to create customized activities to help create momentum for your recruitment pipelines including company specific immersions, bootcamps and upskill/reskill training programs.
